Who is responsible for your information
Bring Sunnies is operated by Social Cap AB, the controller of personal information processed through this website. Contact support@bringsunnies.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
When you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies your account identifier, email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. Supabase stores this information and the authentication records needed to create and secure your Bring Sunnies account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
Our hosting and authentication providers process technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs, to deliver and protect the service. If you contact support, we receive the information you include in your message.
How we use it
We use account information to provide the sign-in and account service you request, on the basis of performing our agreement with you. We process limited technical information for our legitimate interests in keeping the website reliable, preventing abuse and resolving faults. We use support messages to respond to your request.
Signing in with Google does not subscribe you to marketing emails or start a paid membership. Flight alerts, saved departure preferences and paid billing are not currently enabled on this website. Any future marketing subscription will require a separate choice.
Service providers and international processing
We use Supabase for authentication and Vercel for website hosting. Google provides the sign-in service you choose and handles your Google account under its own privacy policy. We share information with these providers as needed to operate and secure the website; we do not sell your Google account information or use it for advertising.
The Supabase project is hosted in the United States (Ohio), and website server execution is configured in the eastern United States. Providers may also process information in other locations. Information may therefore be transferred outside the EEA. Applicable provider data-processing agreements and transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required, govern this processing. Contact us for details.
Cookies
We use essential authentication cookies to complete sign-in and keep you signed in. Signing out clears your website session. This website does not currently include advertising or analytics trackers.
How long we keep information
Account information is kept while your account exists, until you request deletion, or until it is no longer needed to provide the service. There is no automatic inactive-account deletion schedule at present. We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle your request and any related dispute or legal obligation. Provider logs and backups follow the providers’ configured retention and deletion schedules.
Your rights and choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable. Contact support@bringsunnies.com; we may need to verify your identity. Account deletion is handled through support, rather than an automatic button. Removing Google access alone does not delete your Bring Sunnies account.
You can withdraw any future optional marketing consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, including Sweden’s Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). We do not use your Google identity data for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes
We will update this notice when the service or its data use changes, and provide any further notice or choices required before enabling new processing.
